Believe in Bio-Safe One Product
Order received in a timely manner. Have been using the Bio-Safe One product for over 15 years at two residences with septic systems. Inspection of 30 year old system indicated that product had helped maintain a fully functional tank and leach well system. New home is in high desert with Evaporative Transpiration leach field and maintaining an effective leach field is a high priority. I trust that the monthly Bio-Safe One treatment will keep this system functional.

That lovely blue goo
The BioSafe product really helped clear up my 65 year old septic system. The Shock program helped eat away the old sludge and get the system back on its feet. The customer support at BioSafe was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

You have a very good product
You have a very good product. I first ordered it because of your cleaning up the Exon Valdes problem. The reason I especially like your company is that you send emails instead of calling. I have dealt with other companies who also have good products but they call and I order their latest product for a 3 year supply then a year later they call again and want me to order more when I still have over a year supply left. I get tired of all their calls.

I have use Bio Safe products for many years to maintain my septic systems at my home and my rental properties. The systems have operated problem free every since my change to these products.

Great product
Great product, extremely effective. I‘ve used it for 10 years in a new home. Called a septic tank pumping company to clean out primary tank of any sludge. The guy asked if I had recently had a recent clean out because the tank had no sludge at all. When he asked what I used, he asked me not to tell anyone since it could put him out of business. I’m not exaggerating.

Excellent product I have pumped my septic twice in 15 years and the tanks are filled with just fluid no sludge to speak of. This is I think my third 3 year order. Thanks James
