I have use this product for over 20…
I have use this product for over 20 years and Chris has helped when my system failed with the liquid product and our system is working. Would recommend the powder product each month to anyone that has a septic system

We have been customers of Biosafe for 10 years with absolute satisfaction. I had my plumber out to put in a new sink in the course of conversation I asked him how often I should have the septic pumped. He told me every 3 years . Since I hadn't had i done for the last 6 years I decide I better have it done now before I had a messy problem. When it was done I asked the operator how was the tank and he told me we really didn't need it done. He asked what we were using I told him, he wrote it down. We do not have any connection to Biosafe other than that of a customer.

We began using Biosafe One in 2006
We began using Biosafe One in 2006. We had our septic tank pumped and we were told that we needed a new drain field. I ordered the Biosafe sludge digester and the Boss maintenance. We used the sludge digester as instructed and have been using the Boss every month since. We did not get a new drain field nor have we had to have our septic tank pumped. Biosafe saved us thousands of dollars and we would highly recommend their products.
