I started taking bioptimizers magnesium about a month ago. I can honestly say IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I suffer from hashimoto's disease and struggle with anxiety. This full range of magnesium is what I was missing! I felt a diffrence as soon as I started taking it. I am more calm and I dont have that build up of anxiety in my chest anymore! EXcelent supplemental line; top quality with a noticeable difference concerning digestion. Do not feel bloated or gassy when taking enzymes and probiotics.

I believe this is a good product BUT... the prices of supplements are getting ridiculous. There are other very important supplement that I include in my daily routine and if I need to pay $50 for enzymes or magnesium, etc that takes away from my grocery needs. So,I feel if I need to choose another brand that is effective at a lower price...or choose organic foods that provide me with the nutrients my body needs, then I must make an educated and financial decision with my budget.
