We value our customers and always try to ensure we provide you with the best possible experience. I am sincerely sorry to hear that you had this encounter with our service. Regarding the double charge and notification issues, that happened during a timeframe within which we were migrating to a new server and this caused some discrepancies with a few orders. We take full responsibility for that and deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I see however, that our health concierge who attended to you issued you a refund for the duplicate charge immediately. We were unable to issue a refund right away for the order that already shipped to you until it had been returned to us and processed by our warehouse as is our policy. As at the time you reached out, our warehouse had not yet notified us of the return (which they usually do only after they have processed the return) and I assure you we would have issued the refund as soon as we were notified without you having to reach out. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we hope that you will continue to do business with us. Orders usually ship within 24 hours after they have been placed (except on weekends), we are usually able to cancel within those 24 hours before they ship. However, after they ship, we are unable to cancel, in which case, in order to get a refund, the alternative would be to have the order sent back us by refusing it or using a prepaid return label that we would provide.
