Sometimes when transactions are declined, a bank may hold an authorization on your card which will appear like a charge in a pending state. Pending charges are usually released after a few business days dependent on your bank’s policies. Dear Daniel, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am showing that your order was placed 2 days ago on Saturday, the 5th of September. All orders placed over the weekend typically ship out on Monday morning however, due to the Labor Day holiday, our warehouse is closed today. Your order will be shipped tomorrow morning being Tuesday, 8th of September. As soon as it ships, our warehouse will send tracking information to your email address.
