We had issues with navigating the site and ordering. The staff at BiOptimizers have been and are very responsive and interested in addressing our concerns to improve our experience and there services.

Shopping on your website was easy and convenient. However, as with all carts, it is very tedious and frustrating to have to sift through the extra pages of "special deals". If only you would put them all on one page and let us chose and be done with it. It's frustrating when checkout takes 15 minutes longer due to all the add-ons. Looking forward to trying your products.

Too many emails but otherwise the product keeps my body happy and mostly sleeping!

I am happy with the products but it feels very pushy and sales gimmick like when things constantly pop up for upsale and monthly sign ups - I even had 3 charges on my card from the things I did by accident just trying to purchase things one time and not monthly - They fixed it but still very uneasy feeling when purchasing. I'm still going to try it because Dave Asprey suggests it multiple times but I'm not happy with the buying process. Thank you

I love the product but wish it would not include rice as a filler in masszymes the website could be streamlined just a hair.

I have only been using the Masszymes and Magnesium Breakthrough for a month now, but feel they are helping... I have noticed the leg cramps are becoming less at night.

Customer Service was quick to respond. There was a glitch in the system and the discount I was supposed to receive didn't process. I contacted customer service and got an answer via email within a couple hours telling me that they are correcting the problem. Very quick response. Can't wait to receive my product. Thank you!

easy to use web site with lots of info (disclaimer. I didn’t use info except for product I was buying and that was easy to find) However rating before delivery makes me uncomfortable
