Fantastic, the new Magnesium is what I've been looking for! I used to take Hydrogen tablets to get elemental magnesium, another magnesium product from Thorne with two other types of magnesium, and a 3rd company for added help on those days I am bathed in EMF at work or need a little extra help sleeping. Now, I still take my Hydrogen, but I have cut out every other supplemented source of magnesium except for Bioptimizers. Fantastic product!

Masszymes helps break down those hard occasional meat proteins and have less of that stomach "heavy" feeling the next day. You know, like it feels like your stomach is protruding more from that protein meal/bbq outing! Lol I take less but some Masszymes still when I'm going vegetarian for the day.
