I didn't expect to notice a difference after only 24hrs, but i did. Massenzymes along with the P3-0M turned me into a believer. I'm having an ankle swelling issue and this combo took about 70% of my pain away in the first 24hrs. I don't know how or why, but I'm okay with that. No joke. After a few days I've noticed it improving to closer to 90% and I'm only a week in.
