I love this magnesium, my body needed this supplement. Only frustration was that I ordered several bottles for free shipping then after checkout I was offered extra bottles at a reduced price. Why not be up front about a discount for bulk orders?

The product has worked very well for me. As is usually the case, I noted an significant difference in mood, energy and focus the first days which, as my system has acclimated is not so consistently noticeable. The benefits are there nonetheless, and I take these every day, now part of my morning "meal". So why the 4 stars? Because of this company's over-the-top advertising practices. To get hit with 5 offers of other products before you're allowed to check out is just cheap. I started to cancel out. The only reason I bought was bc of the endorsement by Mark Harmon. I'm glad I did, but word to the ill-advised marketing peeps: stop with the carnival ads. It cheapens the perceived value and in plain speak, is a big fat turn-off.

Was disappointed in having the subscription auto renew. Sent email and had quick response and problem was resolved. Thank you. Michel

The products are great, but the processing and shipping takes way too long! I’ve ordered several times & it took three days to process and ship AFTER order placed and another 8 days to receive. So, 11 days after my order was placed, I finally got my order. Too long. There should be options available for faster shipping. And disappointed it takes 3 days to fulfill order to even ship.

Great product, started noticing a difference after a few days, product is a five star. The amount of time to get more product is the only downfall. I ordered more after learning that the product works. But I will run out before my new shipment shows up. I understand the issues the company is facing but its still a hurdle as a customer.
