Hey Stonies! We're sorry we were not able to approve you at this time, please note that our physicians prescribe patients with a BMI of 30 and above, in rare cases, 27. In your case, your BMI was too low. Your refund was refunded in full within 30 minutes of rejection Please understand we would love to be able to assist you, potentially in the future if your BMI is something in which we would be able to qualify you for treatment.

Hey James! It seems that FEDEX delayed your package as it seems your address was not deliverable to. We have reshipped another package, free of charge. But please note, if FEDEX is not able to enter into your home area, we would not be able to guarantee a prompt arrival time.

No happy
No happy. If I could give a negative I would.Tried to explain I am already taking 10 mg and they can’t seem to understand this and want to start me off at 2.5. Do not send them your money!!!!!

Hi Glenda, without a photo of your prescription, or vial we would not be able to prescribe such a high dosage. We are able to start you off at a higher dose, with evidence. Otherwise, for your own safety that dosage as you initial dose, would be too high.

Couldn't deal with the side effects…
Couldn't deal with the side effects harsh on my body.

Hi Jason, in some cases patients have more side effects than others, we're sorry that your side effects were too compelling to adjust to. We always suggest taking the prescribed Zofran for nausea in the event you're dealing with side effects.

Hello David! We're sorry you were not a candidate for treatment. In the majority of cases, our doctors only prescribe with patients over a BMI of 30. So in this case, unfortunately the physician decided based on your BMI, you were not a candidate at this point in time. Your card on file was refunded in full within 30 minutes of rejection
