It helped in gaining knowledge but experienced kind of problem during login

Courses were well made, but sometimes repetitive. GMP11 was bugged and didn't let me take the assessment. Customer support was very responsive, and fixed the issue for me!

Information was great. The interactive learning system made it more engaging for the learner. However, I would say the content is too easy. There should be more analysis on concepts. Maybe give more scenario (real-life) based problems for validation engineers and have the learner figure it out. This could be like incorrect specifications on an IQ/OP/PQ, or risk assessment analysis scenarios.

Excellent program for the most part. Could have a section on how to write up cGMP's. Also how to write up HACCP or HARPC plans. I work with infused beverages in the cannabis industry. So this was helpful on a few levels.

This is very genuine website and once it opened for me gave plenty of time to spent with it and complete the courses. The courses are simple, well explained and very logical in nature. If we spent best time we can complete courses and can gain huge knowledge

I liked the course, it was well-organised and the content flowed nicely. Just found it a bit repetitive, especially when it was slide progression and the same voiceover.
