I have looked into your training records, and the reason your certificate has not launched is because you have not completed the final assessment. You must log in and click on the link for the final assessment and complete the assessment with a score of 80% or better to earn the certificate. You will also be issued a digital badge once you have completed your training. I am sorry that you experienced this issue. You could call in and place your order over the phone. I have looked at the order processing logs, and the error you were receiving when trying to order was error code 10527: "This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid credit card number and type." Possibly you had spaces or dashes in the credit card number? If you require any type of support, you can email support at biopharmainstitute.com.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you are experiencing an issue with accessing the free demo course I see that you have enrolled into. We do provide support for accessing these demonstration courses, and I do not see that you have requested any support for this issue. We have many students taking these free trial courses every day, so it is important that we understand what maybe causing your particular issue so we may better assist other students. Dear Student, Sorry you have had a poor experience with our training. Many of our courses are developed using British English, and as a global providers, we believe this is the most appropriate for our global students. This may be what you are referring to as spelling errors, if you are in the Americas. I am not aware of any email notifications being found in our audios. This has never been reported to us. We will certainly take a look at this. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Depending on the course you were enrolled into, some of our courses have yet to be upgraded to offer the more smooth training experience our newer courses encompass. We are expecting 200 newly developed and upgraded courses to be available this year. Possibly, the course you are referring to is a part of this upgrade we have planned. I was wondering how you felt about the content within the course, the progress checks, or final assessment. Thank you for your feedback. We certainly do appreciate it.

Hi Celia, this is only to be used as a demonstration course. I understand that we have only an abbreviated training, but a full length final assessment in this course. This appears to be what has made you unhappy with our services. As a result of your complaint, we have decided to drop the final assessment questions which are not appropriate for this demonstration course. I hope that this change satisfies you.
