I recently returned to Dubai after being away for some time and was extremely disappointed to discover significant mold throughout my apartment, despite leaving the ACs running. The AC units also required urgent cleaning, so I immediately began searching for a company online and came across BioOne. From the beginning, I was extremely impressed with their service. Their inspectors first visited the apartment to assess the issues and provide a quotation, and the entire process was quick and seamless. When I explained that the situation was urgent, they arranged to return even sooner than expected. On the day of the service, they sent a large team, with each person specializing in a different area, including mold removal, AC cleaning, and deep cleaning. Once the mold treatment was completed, they thoroughly cleaned the entire apartment and left it spotless. They also advised me to remain outside the apartment for two hours afterward to protect my health, which showed how seriously they took both the work and my safety. BioOne genuinely provided a complete 360-degree service and made my apartment feel safe and like home again. A problem that could easily have taken another company several days to resolve was handled by their team within a few hours of incredibly hard work. I would strongly recommend BioOne to anyone dealing with a similar issue. I would also encourage people not to be discouraged by some of the negative reviews online, as they almost prevented me from contacting the company. Looking back, I could not have chosen a better team, and I am extremely happy with the service I received.
