Highly not recommended. Assessor said 6 people 4 hours and quoted accordingly. 3 people showed up and said done in 3 hours. Incharge said he was getting a 4th and disappeared. So I was quoted for 24 hours and they provided service for 9 hours worth. And the mold was not completely cleaned from all areas. In some places it started to come back. Absolutely useless and theft of time and money.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They collected payment for their treatment/service, but the service and results did not meet my expectations. The biggest concern was the lack of proper customer support when I tried to address my concerns. After the service, I found that I could no longer contact the company, as my number appeared to have been blocked. This left me without a proper opportunity to discuss the issue or seek a resolution. Customers pay for a service with trust and expect professional treatment, competent staff, transparent communication, and proper after-sales support. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money. I would appreciate it if the management contacted me and offered a fair resolution. My advice to prospective customers: Please clarify the treatment details, expected outcomes, refund policy, and after-sales support before making any payment.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Charged us 5000 aed for mold remediation of ONE room and said we guarantee no mold for a year and if it comes back just call us we’ll return. Guess what? Mold came back but guess who refused to come back? Bio- one! This is false advertisement and frankly the dubai government needs to know! I put in a complaint with the dubai municipality but no response because now they are advertising under the name bio-on which is basically not the name they have a license under! Beware!!!!

Very disappointing experience. The appointment was cancelled for the second time, even though I had already arranged my schedule. Poor communication and unprofessional appointment handling by ZIAD. I expected better, especially as a previous customer. Customers should also be careful and clarify the warranty

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) – Worst Pest Control Experience – Completely Unprofessional This has been one of the worst pest control experiences I have ever had. Asjad and his team made big promises before starting the job. The technician confidently claimed that all the cockroaches would be completely eliminated because they were using a premium-quality treatment and gel. He even asked me not to interfere and assured me that he would solve the problem completely. I trusted them. Even though my previous pest control was still under the warranty period, I paid again for a full pest control package and an additional gel treatment based on their recommendation. Despite paying the full amount, there was absolutely no improvement. The cockroach problem remained exactly the same. To make matters worse, they charge AED 50 even for warranty visits, yet they repeatedly cancel the scheduled pest control appointments at the last minute, wasting customers' valuable time. This is highly unprofessional and shows no respect for customers. After the failed treatment, I contacted Asjad and informed him that the pest control had not worked. Instead of responding or offering a solution, he simply ignored my messages. There was no follow-up, no accountability, and no concern for customer satisfaction. My experience with this company: - False promises and misleading claims. - Ineffective pest control with no visible results. - Charging AED 50 for warranty service. - Repeatedly cancelling scheduled warranty visits and wasting customers' time. - Poor communication and no after-sales support. - Completely unprofessional attitude and lack of accountability. I strongly do not recommend this company. Save your money and choose a pest control company that values its customers and stands behind its work. My experience was nothing but a waste of money, time, and trust.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bio Cleaning. The communication completely changed after I paid. They promised several times to come back and fix the issues they had caused, but they never showed up and kept giving one excuse after another. The AC cleaning service was extremely poor. The team created a huge mess, and the work resulted in damage to my AC system. I eventually had to replace three AC units because of the damage. Even after raising the issues, the problems were never properly resolved. We clearly requested the following: Replace the damaged ceiling board and cornice, which had become bent after holding water for a long time, and repaint the repaired area. Properly clean and disinfect all AC machines, filters, and ducts, with photo and video evidence instead of expecting the customer to climb up and inspect the work. Properly clean and disinfect the outdoor kitchen. The first cleaning was unacceptable (I have photos), and although they returned after I complained, they still failed to provide any evidence that the cleaning had actually been completed. Overall, the workmanship, communication, and after-sales service were very poor. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
