I approached Bio One cleaning services for bed bug treatment and found them having good customer service at the beginning. The chemical treatment did not seem effective so I called them again for their service after 10 days of the initial treatment. The agent came and did the treatment again and asked us to replace the wooden bed. We followed his instructions and got the bed replaced. 10 days later we found more bugs and bigger ones this time and when I approached the Bio One services they seemed disinterested and kept rescheduling the appointment saying there has been an emergency. There customer service became poor and did not want to accept their treatment was ineffective and have weak chemicals. Waste of money and time and no solution to the problem.

Ridiculous service, I called and texted on what's app, they came for inspection, price went form 800 to 550 in 30 seconds, then the next day got a call and price went to 400, it's for mold treatment for a studio bathroom and ac, I got a confirmation that they will come 2 days later on the call and on what's app, but they never showed and said it was a system issue and suggested two days later, I hired someone to be with them at the apartment to clean after them and take care of things, I planned the day to go out as I have a baby so that we'll be away from the chemicals, all so that they would cancel, I never review anything, but this was just ridiculous, how incompetent can this company be.

had a very disappointing experience with this company. They promised a one-year warranty, but it turned out to be meaningless—the same issue came back the very next day. When I tried to get support, they kept canceling or rescheduling and never followed through. This made the whole process extremely frustrating and a waste of time. If you’re considering using their services, be cautious and make sure you fully understand what kind of support you’ll actually receive after payment.

Please do not use Bio one pest control service. For bed bugs eradication in studio apartment , I paid 130 Dhirams as part of extra chemicals which didn’t last for two days and for follow up visit they demanded extra money

Very sloppy job. Lots of blood left over. No resolution other than for them to come out for a 4th time.. which was only brought up AFTER I told them I moved the bloody items away. 1st time they came out was to clean. 2nd time was to grab something they forgot. 3rd time was to come back for a bucket filled with blood. Very unprofessional.
