Everything has been great I have no complaints. Any problems I have had, they have went above and beyond to fix and with urgency. With customer service industry getting worse and worse as the years go on, I have to say this is has been the best customer support I have I ever had. Well worth the price of their services.

I've been using BionicWP for a few months now, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the service. My website is always up-to-date and secure, and I've never had any problems with performance. The support team is also incredibly helpful and responsive. I highly recommend BionicWP to anyone who is looking for a managed WordPress hosting platform.

Incredible responsiveness of the support team to any issues that arise! A year ago we test placed 3 projects of our agency's clients - we were amazed by the quality of service and speed of work, convenience of service and settings. Later we asked for help with optimization and acceleration of sites - the team performed promptly and at the highest level, after which we have moved more than 25+ projects of our clients and all new projects are immediately launched on Bionic! We recommend!

We moved all of our agencies sites over to this solution after having our internal servers and support staff for 6+ years. Our speeds have been amazing but the support staff has been even better. We highly recommend this company.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with BionicWP. Their hosting was incredibly slow, which made my website take forever to load. The chat support was not helpful at all and the server was just okay. The sign-up process was also not smooth, with too many unnecessary steps. On top of that, they added too many plugins to my website without my consent, which only added to the slow loading times. I would not recommend BionicWP to anyone in search of a reliable hosting provider.
