Poor communication around how long it takes to receive test results. It has been 2 months and still no results. I did not know it would take this long. 10/27/18 UPDATE: received test results, but have not yet been contacted by my coach. (For reference I put my kit in the mail 8/13/18.)

Very poor communication and results time line. Always have to leave messages ! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. It’s been 2 months since I sent my sample and I’m still waiting for “the lab” to finish! Very disappointed in the whole experience with this company.

Not knowing more about the details of the output report, I find that if I had not purchased the additional consult, I would not understand or be able to take any action on the report itself. I have the consult in a few days so may post a follow-up on quality of the consult itself.

I am using this product to repopulate the good bacteria in my gut after two emergency surgeries. I hope the high sweetness is not caused by added sugars. I wish it was not so sweet.
