It’s been an incredibly long time, and I’m asked to rate before getting my results? There’s no way to even observe where in the process my sample is. I’ve never had to wait this long with any other lab company.

It has been 2 months since I sent my sample into the lab. I received no confirmation that they received it and had to reach out to customer service via email (after my numerous phone calls were unanswered) to get a status report. Still don't have my results.
