They lied to me when I called about my shipment when it was supposed to have been delivered, so If they lie about that to me than they would lie about their product so I refused the package, and now ill never know if it really works or not!

We were so hopeful this product would work. Our (new) used car has a strong air fresher smell that makes our daughter sick and gives us a headache. The smell is still there after using the bomb :(

It was ok but now I have mixture of smoke and the biocide smell. Only in certain places.

I followed the directions perfectly. I kept my car out of direct sunlight. I left it in for 24 hours. I couldn't even smell any lessening of the odor in the rear of the vehicle (hatchback). It did not work at all.

Bought a used car that was owned by smoker. Your product cleared almost all of the smoke odor.

I use Biocide for dead rodent smells under my house. I put the biocide under my house and inside my house. Works great after removing the dead rodents.

I didnt realize the house had to be empty of people to use this product, My mother smokes and cant leave the house. i wanted it to get rid of the smoke odor in everything in the house. very bummed I will have to return it.

Didn't work use 10 in the house
