Selling my son's house, the realtor could tell there had been pets in the home. We used the biocide bombs. Amazing house sold in 24 hours!!!

DID NOT REMOVE THE PET ORDER COMPLETELY. SET OFF AND LET SIT UNTOUCHED FOR WEEKS NOT AS BAD BUT STILL CAN SMELL IT. I WAS VERY EXCITED TO TRY FROM REVIEWS I READ. ENDED UP DISAPPOINTED

I used the Biocide product for an odor in a small closet. I followed instructions completely and took photos of the care I took to be sure the product worked. I waited 24 hours before opening the closet door. The odor is still there. I can not recommend this product.

We had a room in our home that was smoked in for 30 years. I completely cleaned it out and painted walls and concrete floor. Still the nicotine smell started to come through. I used room CL02; I let it do it’s thing for 24 hours. It now has a much cleaner scent.( I was expecting it to smell like a chlorinated pool) It’s 90% better! I say 90% because nicotine smell is so very hard to get rid of. I’m very very pleased.

A friend had given us a refrigerator for our garage that had chicken spoiled in it. We tried multiple ways to get rid of the smell to no avail. My wife ran across this product and we figured what do we have to lose. After talking to a CS rep we ordered it. I followed the directions and didn’t open the refrigerator for 24 hours. Other than a slight chlorine oder the refrigerator was clear of any offensive oders!

I purchased one of your products because I had a lingering odor in my RV. After spraying it down, the odor went away. So I was completelysatisfied with the results. Also, the package came in the mail in a few days. I would recomend using Biocide Systems products for anyone havlng problems with odors.
