Finally got to use your product. Put it my car cause I am a smoker that wanted to remove the oder of cigarettes from my car. After following the directions I have to say that your product was successful with removing the oder. And since it work so well I will recommend it to some friends with the same issue.

I have used the Biocide System in the past to remove a stale cigarette odor from a vehicle that I purchased. The product completely removed the order from the entire interior of the vehicle. It’s been over 48 hours and this product hasn’t eliminated the odor This is a money back guarantee and I want a refund or another one of your products to compensate me to try this process again I’m not satisfied and it definitely hasn’t solved the odor issue.
