I had a severe odour problem in a CD player that I purchased online; it was obvious that the player had been previously stored somewhere where a really bad odour had permeated it. But it was a very expensive,high end player so I didn’t want to have to throw it away. I had tried a number of commercial odour eliminators but none of them worked at all, until I found “Biocide Systems Room Shocker” I placed the CD player on small table in a vacant room upstairs in my house, activated the Biocide Room Shocker, closed the door and then waited. When I returned about eight hours later, the odour was completely gone without any damage to the player or residue left behind. There was a slight chlorine smell in the room, but both the player and the room smelled really clean. The chlorine smell dissipated after opening the window and letting fresh air enter the room, and the odour problem had been completely eliminated. Thanks to Biocide, I can now enjoy my CD player. “Biocide Systems “ Room Shocker” is a remarkable product.

It seems to work. I was only able to keep the ClO2 in a room for 4 hours (then moved it to another room) and the cat urine smell has gone down quite a bit. I have a second container ready to go.

Years ago, I needed room and auto shocker after a skunk encounter in my small house. Tried again when I moved into an apartment with stale smell from prior tenant smoking and cats; most recent tenant wasn't able to get rid of the smell. Room shocker did it. Delivered earlier than estimated and worked like a charm.

I have tried everything to get the chemical smells out of my new car right the dealer. After 6 weeks of cleaning with no results I googled and found Biocide. It took it all out. Now I smell only new car and leather seat!!!

At this point I’m not going to give a review because I’m not there to know who messed up but I will just say this 2 x now I have received the incorrect product and I personally feel like it should be overnighted to me since I been out of my account for 3 weeks, I guess when you aren’t the one waiting not patiently or empathically and it cost to over night your not to worried but with customers like me look past one mistake but 2 I’m for real the consumer that lets me the facts be know because being inconvenienced when you have my money is unacceptable. Matter of fact I should receive a refund on my original order because none of it’s my fault and all this is stressing me out. If it was my company the customer would receive full refund & receive product next day and the employee in warehouse that messed up order would be fired. But i know where to go the next time.

Don't work with this company. If you place an order and request a refund for products you didn't receive, they will not refund you! I have been waiting 6 months for my $2000 refund with excuses being given weekly from Spencer Blua and Gabriel Gualteros.

The shipping cost is very high ($11+) and it takes too long. For that much money, I would expect faster shipping/delivery service.
