Thank you for the honest feedback Alehandro. This was not a normal situation. We had experienced a delay with supply (industry wide) and by the time we were back in stock, it was weeks later than anyone expected. Promises were broken and we need to take full responsibility. Did you see our generous "Please Forgive Us 40% Off" email we sent to everyone affected? I am glad to hear that you are recommending us, and we hope to gain your business back! We apologize for the growing pains, it's been a wild ride. We are learning from each mistake. So thank you for your patience! James Sol Radina CEO
