Bin There Dump That Dumpster RentalsReviews of bintheredumpthatusa.com

This was the first time that I had to rent a dumpster The office staff were very friendly and helpful The owner is very nice and easy to work with They texted to let me know when they were on their way to drop off the dumpster and the pickup was the same They put protection down on the driveway and what you could or couldn’t put in the dumpster was easily explained Their price was very reasonable and I liked that they are a small company so attention to the customer was first and foremost I would highly recommend this company

We recently used Bin There Dump That (BTDT) for a home and garage clean-out, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Brad responded incredibly quickly to our initial inquiry, and his guidance was invaluable in helping us choose the right dumpster size for our needs. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Our first dumpster filled up faster than expected, but BTDT had a replacement delivered the very next day—no delays, no hassle. The delivery driver (Jeff) was equally fantastic: courteous, helpful, and very careful when placing the bin. He also took the time to explain what could and couldn’t be discarded, which was much appreciated during a big clean-out project. The whole team made the experience easy and efficient, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BTDT to anyone needing reliable, reasonably priced, and responsive dumpster service.

I had an outstanding experience with Bin There Dump That. From start to finish, their professionalism and customer-first approach made the entire process seamless. Their team was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient, ensuring that my needs were met with the highest level of service. Not only did they provide a top-tier dumpster rental experience, but they also went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and honesty. Communication was clear, delivery and pickup were prompt, and they made the entire process stress-free. It's rare to find a company that truly values its customers, and Bin There Dump That exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable, customer-oriented waste disposal solution. Five-star service all the way!

Same Day dumpster delivery went smooth and prices were great! Thanks so much for delivering the dumpster so fast!

Ordering was easy, price was in line with everyone else. The fact they protect the drive is a awesome. We will rent from them again.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these clowns. They aren't very good at what they do. didn't ask the right questions and brought the wrong dumpster. The next company I hired did it fine. They charged me a $125.00 fee (by refunding only part of my prepayment). On top of that the delivery driver was quite unprofessional.

They were late in picking up the rental by 3 days. In those days it rained on our trash and significantly increased the weight of our trash. We had to pay an extra $159 due to the water weight because they were late. They said they would only refund half of the amount, but never did. They said they sent a check, but I never received one in the mail.

Some other company took our money and didn't deliver our dumpster and we called BTDT and the lady who answered the phone was so helpful and try to reassure us and calm us down because we were so stressed by the lack of professionalism from Affodable Dumpster Rental LLC. I wish I remembered her name but I'm so grateful because she took a terrible experience and turned it into a better one by making sure we got our dumpster 35 minutes after we talked and at around 8am we were set for the re-roofing of our house. Sweet lady, keep up the good work and thank you very much!
