They COMPLETELY disregarded my one main request which was to not bring the dumpster before 10 am. I was woken at 7:20 am by a delivery guy banging on my front door with a dumpster!! He claimed no one told him. No fault of his, but I AM NOT HAPPY!! I live on a small Village residential street and my entire neighborhood and my family were woken up!! The one simple request I had and was assured wouldn't happen. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE "NEIGHBORHOOD FRIENDLY" .. my home is not a construction site!! GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR DUMPSTERS! I HATE BEING LIED TO!!

Dumpster was supposed to be dropped off the day before my roofers came, it was not. Consequently, instead of getting the old roof into the dumpster directly, they had to spend half the day moving it again - from the tarps they had to use until the dumpster arrived. I felt bad for them and it was such a waste of time and energy.

They charge 2x what a normal dumpster company does. Never got a receipt invoice, correct info but what I dis get was an extra $550 in charges outside of what we agreed to. But again it's a game, dont put anything in writing and just bill whatever you feel like. This franchise is a joke. I will never call these guys again, enjoy stealing my money eventually the credit card dispute will catch up and you can explain that you just charge what you feel like to rip customers off.

They tried to replace the dumpster I ordered with something impossible to load, which had sides 10 feet tall. I couldn't accept it, so I sent it back, but they charged me $100 for their mistake. Use someone else and get what you ordered.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these clowns. They aren't very good at what they do. didn't ask the right questions and brought the wrong dumpster. The next company I hired did it fine. They charged me a $125.00 fee (by refunding only part of my prepayment). On top of that the delivery driver was quite unprofessional.

They were late in picking up the rental by 3 days. In those days it rained on our trash and significantly increased the weight of our trash. We had to pay an extra $159 due to the water weight because they were late. They said they would only refund half of the amount, but never did. They said they sent a check, but I never received one in the mail.

Terrible experience. This company (West Palm Beach Bin There Dump That)advertises themselves as Friendly, Professional and Respectful. This could not be further than the truth. The manager Christine is ruthless! I ordered a 10 cubic ft. dumpster for a minimum of 7 days. After the first 2 days I called back to find out the pricing to keep it for a month. Not only did we not get pricing, we got a ton of attitude. Not sure why. Couldn't get a straight answer and was told to call back the Tuesday after Christmas and talk to someone. Ok , no problem I thought. Honestly we were just happy to get off the phone with the nasty unhelpful manager Christine. This was Wednesday. Went to our project (house) on Friday to check on work, only to find that the dumpster was gone. They took it away. No reason, no excuse, no help. They admitted it was there mistake and offered $25.00 off price. WHAT!!!!! Im paying people to stand around because we have no dumpster, That the manager Christine told me my contract was actually for 10 days! WHAT?????? So why did you take it away, It wasn't full and the delivered it originally at 3:00 pm. So I barely had it 3 days, wanted to extend it. But you came , took it away and basically told me tuff luck and offer me a max of $50 off . Good luck if you choose to work with this company. My opinion is that they are TERRIBLE! Beware!

Our bin did not arrive on time and still had not arrived 2 1/2 hrs later after calling them twice. We ended up cancelling our bin and going to another company.
