Been trying to cancel my subscription for months. Will probably just have to cancel my debit card again.

I ordered gummies on 9/9/26 and was promised deliver in 4 days. It's the 18th today and I have yet to receive my order. My package was in Miami for days when I contacted them and threatened to be in touch with the Better Business Bureau. Finally the package left Miami. iI was expecting delivery today, but when I checked on my order it said delivery tomorrow. It changed the in less than 24 hours! The package is in the same place it was yesterday. I'm dissatisfied in their customer service and I haven't even tried the gummies. Ill get back to you on that!

I received 2 orders i did NOT order & can NOT USE as I go to a pain clinic where it is FORBIDDEN! HAVE TRIED & TRIED TO RETURN & CANNOT REACH ANYONE! Have emailed you ad nauseum & NO REPLY. I ordered twice from them. Twice they make a shipping label then say the post office missed a scan and they do not ship. They will not refund as they say it is shipped. The first time I had to wait weeks before a refund. This time im calling my bank immediately. Do not buy from them so many other places are better. I had to use a vanilla card and binoid was the only one that accepts it this time or I wouldn't have gave th the second chance.

Warning to anyone who is going to order from them waited over a week. Said the label was created and waiting to be picked up, never got another update. Tried to call but couldn't get anyone to answer. Finally emailed was told they would look into it and if I didn't receive by the 6th which happened to be a Sunday to contact them,I waited till the 8th told it must have been lost in the mail, I finally just got a refund.

Bad Delivery, said 2-4 shipping, as they are based in California and I am 1 state over in Arizona. But guess my product is coming from a wearhouse in Florida instead. It has now been over a week, and still has not made it to USPS and is still sitting in their wearhouses because they print labels instant but will take good knows how long before it even leaves the wearhouse.

Absolutely vile concentrates. I ordered two different strains of badder and one crumble, and all of them taste as if they have been soaked in perfume. The taste is so unbelievably gross and strong, that when trying other strains, you can't taste them at all. Whatever additive that they add to their concentrates is horrible because it makes you not just cough but feel like your chest is being crushed and you can't catch your breath or get a full breath for a really long time. This is absolutely not normal. I've never had this experience with any other companies' concentrates. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Avoid a lot of the products sold here, especially anything related to mushrooms. SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP TO THE HOSPITAL.
