I received the vape cartridges and the first night I tried the God’s Gift indica. I’ve been vaping since my last back surgery 5 years ago (4th surgery) to help me sleep, so I’m used to vaping. That said, I couldn’t stop coughing (hacking) while vaping this product! After 3 nights of this I decided to try the Aurora Indica cartridge the next night…with the same results. I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend this product at all!

They shipped me the wrong product (thc-o when i ordered thc-p) and when I emailed customer service, they tried to have me ship the product that I had already cracked into back. I said heck no, this stuff is probably hot for d9 and you should just own your mistake. They did, to their credit, but I don't think the onus should be on me to fix a mistake that they made. Next, their terpenes are disgusting. Next, they offered me 20% off to write a review on their site. I wrote my review, stating my thoughts about how the products were not up to my standards. Anyways, then they tell me to share it on social media to get my 20% coupon. I did that, because I'm a sucker for a deal, and maybe a friend could use the code. Anyways, they filtered my honest review!! Truly, I would not spend your money with this site, their products and practices are frankly super sketchy. Avoid.

This place is amazing They care so much about their customers as I am one for life! If you ever have a problem there is no excuses they take care of it! I am forever thankful I found this company and I will continue recommending this place to as many people as I can! I got the blue widow hhc and I'm an opiate addict I can't even tell you how much this helps me! This is honestly the key to my sobriety! Thank you so much for everything! Truly a blessing

The is something fishy when every single review is 4 and 5 stars it's not realistic. Please put the good and the bad reviews. I bought a product and it had no effect what so ever. I can't believe I am the only one with this issue but when you doctor your reviews this is what happens. I find most cannibis and cbd companies are doing this.

Amazing customer service and high quality products. They accidentally sent me the wrong flavor cart and immediately sent me a new one for free, which arrived immediately. Their gummies taste amazing and the carts are very strong, although the flavors are weak for both carts and dabs.

Jury’s still out on HHC but THC-O and THC-P gummies and carts are primo.

I have only ever bought the THC 0 carts from here and they have always been great. Their customer service and free shipping are however terrible. I received 1 cart about 5 months back that wouldn't work and kept saying short on my vape's digital read out. I tried to contact their customer service and never heard back. So I was stuck with a cartridge that wouldn't work and no refund or replacement. I ended up just eating the $30 and ordering a new one. I never heard back from their customer service so I just wrote it off as a cheap loss. I continued to purchase through Binoid because I like the product. The other issue is their free shipping. Every single time I order, my product won't even get dropped off at their local USPS for a minimum of 2 days and the maximum of 5 days. So for their free shipping you will wait. Trying to contact customer service is a joke as I have never heard back from them. So they have a great product and a good price but their customer service and shipping is a joke. If I could find a product around the same potency and price I would switch in a heart beat. Soon enough another company with labs and shipping will pop up and I will go with them. Until that happens I will deal with the nonsense offered by Binoid.
