You guys didn't ship everything in my order. When emailed customer service, no response. I want my money back. Zero Star!!

No customer support for returns and wrongfully charged for part not received

This is a complete scam website All they do is order parts and dropship. two times I've ordered from them and both times they substituted parts of cheaper price and lesser quality. I ordered Febi Bilstein parts and receive Bison brand some cheap Chinese junk that was less than half the price I paid ... Did I get a refund or an email saying that I wasn't getting what I paid for and ordered?? Nope. Scammers... Total trash. I thought I spread some of my money around to other shops.. I'll stick to a real store like FCP Euro or Rock Auto.

I did not give you guys a second chance . You could PLAINLY see the damaged boxes. Then you told me they were used parts. USED after a fork lift ran thru them .TOTAL lies they were not used. You chose to lose customers . You could have just exchanged. Ordered 4 brake rotors . All four came damaged looked like a fork lift went thru the boxes. Sent pictures of them to bimmers wanted to exchange . They refused to exchange or refund. Then sent email saying Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for parts that have been used or installed. I had to wait a week for the parts to arrive. I also had to take time off of work because they would not release the package without a signature. I scheduled for my mechanic to come out and install the parts and after he got the car taken apart realized they sent the wrong parts. They were not helpful at all when I called to tell them what had happened. They told me they would send out replacement parts but they would not send them until they received back the wrong parts. They finally said that they would ship them out as soon as they return was in the FedEx system. So I rushed over to FedEx to make sure that same day they would go back out. I received no response back and they ignored my emails and phone calls the very next day. I had to call from a different phone number to get somebody to pick up. They assured me that they were going to go out that day. Surprise, no shipment notification and no response back. Never do business with this company. By the way, they're not really a company. They are just another website for eEuroparts. STAY AWAY.

Ordered spark plugs and coils for my car as per your web site. After doing the hard work to install them, my car would not start. I removed the new coils and reinstalled the old ones. The car started up immediately. So, I am very unhappy with the result and emailed customer service for a refund. At least the spark plugs worked as expected. But I am due a refund for the coils.

ordered the parts a week ago. Have not arrived yet, and your UPS tracking info is not valid, it only shows that label was created.

I purchased a brake and rotor kit, the rear rotors that were sent to me don’t fit, have asked several times for a customer service rep to email me a return label, this has been going on all week. I have sent pictures showing that the inside diameter is an 1.25 inches smaller than what I need. You keep insisting that these are the correct rotors and they are not!! You made the mistake and expect me to pay for shipping? Terrible customer service!!!
