Both my BMW vehicles (2017 640i/ F06 and 2013 Z4 35is/ E89) were in need of map database updates. After some quick research, I came across 'Bimmer America' ... and we were 'off to the races.' Their business website was super easy to understand and use ... their communication process in support of your purchase(s) is immediate and thorough ... and the end result of their product(s) and support -- a BMW with an up-to-date map/ navigation database -- is a very happy and highly satisfied customer! I will definitely 'be back' for all future map updates and support.

I ordered the EVO 2022-2 North America map update for my 2016 BMW 428i online. A couple of hours after the order was placed, I received download and installation instructions via e-mail. (The file is large (~28MB) and took over half an hour to download.) The instructions are straightforward, although I found it necessary to provide my own Fat32 formatter for the USB. Nonetheless, everything worked, and the new map is now successfully installed in my Bimmer!

I enjoy being involved in my BMW’s maintenance. However, very few things can be done by the owner as BMW has built many complex systems into the “Ultimate Driving Machine”. Bimmer America provides all the knowledge I need to update my BMW GPS maps myself. Thank you for making a smooth process.

Received the download information and instructions within hours of the order being confirmed. The upload to the car took exactly the amount of time that Tyler suggested.
