Packaging was secure. All the pieces were included for assembly. There was some inconsequential damage to sheet metal which I corrected myself. Engine started first time with recoil starter and 120V auxiliary electric starter. Good experience and good pricing by vendor!

The price for your product is fair. The shipping was free (an enticing perk for such a heavy item). It arrived fast.
