Yes, tracking is still showing in transit to Australia. We have reached out to the forwarded for more details and will respond via mail. We have had orders take up to three weeks to reach Australia. They say it's a combination of Covid protocols, not enough workers, and workers out sick. Sorry again for these delays.

The website does not have a cancellation option for orders. I sent two emails and called them to cancel my order, but no response in 3 days and they shipped it anyway!

I am sorry but I do not show any emails from you. We emailed you on 1/24 for an address check and did not get a response. We sorted that out on our end and then sent your item. I am sorry for the errors on our part. I have issued you a return shipper's label.

Received wrong item, haven't heard back from customer service in over a month. Would not recommend, and will be reaching out to my credit card company to file a claim.

Experience is good-wish there was a monogramming option when ordering my backpack. Had to order a golf tag. Also, just got an e-mail about the site wide sale today after I ordered my backpack-would like to get the discount applied.
