Absolutely beautiful
Absolutely beautiful! The quality of the shag bag was top notch. The quality of the customer care above what anyone could expect. I received a beautiful package with a handwritten note thank y’all for the gift! I will tell everyone at my local muni to check y’all out! 11/10

What more could you ask for?
The belt I purchaseds was perfect. It was well crafted, sturdy and looked great. Honestly this is the same as every product that I've purchased from Billykirk. Add to that their fast processing of orders and excellent customer service. Really, what more could you ask for?

Billykirk Is Awesome
Billykirk is awesome. They sent me a belt, and I asked about a slight discrepancy between the color of hardware on the website and what I received. I shipped it back, they switched it out with exactly what I wanted, and they shipped it back, all absolutely free to me. And, they were super accommodating and kind about it. Really appreciate them!

Great pouch for cables
No. 302 Standard Issue Cable Pouch~ Brush Brown + Sturdy pouch that I use for my laptop adapter & cable + compresses to the size of the contents so it doesn't take up extra space +Looks great +Excellent customer service: only way they could improve is to give me free stuff like Chick-Fil-A

I ordered a bag online, but I live near the Billykirk studio, so they called me and asked if I’d prefer picking it up there, saving me any delay and shipping costs. Excellent experience, beautiful product, and downright neighborly. Fan for life.

Nearly Perfect
The actual belt or belt loop hook is superb. The brass and engraving of the logo is quietly perfect. The actual key ring attached to it is no where near the same quality. I replaced it with one I’ve had for years. The ordering was simple and efficient and I appreciated the packaging care. That step of a quality ring would have truly quantified the near $40 price. I’m pleased but still slightly pissed.
