Jason has been great and always gets…
Jason has been great and always gets back to me quickly with questions/requests I have. One thing I wish I'd known before hiring him, however, is that he does not directly charge clients their co-pays, etc. That is up to the therapist to do. My prior biller did this for me, so I truly didn't have to do any invoicing or charging cards. With Jason, I've had to learn to do this but he has helped me. I'm still giving 5 stars because it was something I didn't know to ask before working with him--he did nothing wrong, I just didn't know to ask.
