Great Customer Service - Great Pricing - Great Selection and finally, some of the best shipping I have ever seen!!!

great service quick payment and shipping service

Purchased a Pure X low deflection pool cue. It arrived well before expected. Had difficulty controlling the cue felt shaft was too narrow and the weight wasn't quite right. Notified Billiards King and spoke with Rich. He suggested changing the shaft and adjusting weight. After the adjustments, pool stick was a perfect match. Excellent customer service. Finally someone who takes pride in customer satisfaction. Would definitely purchase again and will recommend and refer to anyone looking for pool cues and accessories.

Easy contact w seller. Prompt delivery. Quality product I am pleased with

I needed a small inexpensive item (weight for que) so I sent a message... was surprised to get a reply in pretty much a matter of minutes telling me exactly what I needed and how to remove one and install the new one.... down to the size of Alan wrench I would need. They also offered to send pics if I needed more help. Anything else I ever need...I will definitely use the King. Fast shipping and awesome service.

So nice to be able to get great service in this day and age. Quick shipping, well packaged, and price was right!

Very fast shipping and great prices.

I ordered a pool cue from you online site. The next day I found a cue I preffered over the one I ordered. I contacted your site and made a phone call to see if I might change my order. The change was made and the cue was in my hand in a shorter time then expected. I love the cue and am happy with the experience with Billards Kink. Tks
