Great shopping experience, the price for the Cue I wanted beat every other price I saw elsewhere, I ordered late at night and it was packaged and shipped the following morning. My order arrived in excellent condition, I will definitely order from here again.

I made my purchase online, but before I did I called direct since I had a few questions. I spoke with Rich the owner and I asked bout some of the freebies that were offered with the Pure X HTX32 cue I was interested in. Well Rich was able to accommodate me with the swap of one of the freebies. To my surprise of receiving my purchase, which was shipped in a timely matter, he threw in a few lil extras! This was one of my all time top best purchase experience in my life. Great guy over the phone to speak with with excellent customer service. Truly a model any company/business owner should follow to be a successful! I highly recommend Billiards King for any of your billiards needs! Thanks Rich I am beyond content with my purchase. You definitely left an everlasting impression!
