I paid for two pool cues and only received one

I had researched the pool cue that I wished to purchase and had found a large range of prices. Billiards.com had by far the best deal and also offered a free case. I am very pleased with the service that I received.

I received my piece of chalk quickly but part of the top was chipped. If I’m paying $20 for a single piece of chalk it shouldn’t be burnished

I was debating between a few different cues, so I called the customer service line. The representative was very knowledgeable and helped me decide. I ended up ordering a Outlaw 19 oz cue and a outlaw 21 oz break cue (with a free case). Then a day later I was contacted with shipping updates, and my cues showed up earlier than expected. I will definitely be using them again.
