Fast delivery, great product. Had issue with delivery address when ordering online. Called them up and they answered quickly and had issue resolved in seconds. Great experience and my cue is more than I expected. Will use again.

Was looking for new cases to fit my cues, needed extra long one cause my cues are longer than standard. This site was the only one to have a case listed that would work, even though I had to modify the springs system it work just perfect, thank you Billiards.Com for having what I needed.

Purchased a table cover. Incorrect size bit they did the exchange easily. I was very happy with the product but the service was what would encourage me to return. Great staff.

After being sent a defective cue, I called expecting to battle. To my unexpected surprise the process took minutes. Customer service had a new cue on the way before the end of the day. The defective cue came from the factory as such, not their fault at all... Thank you!

I had ordered weight bolts for my Lucasi cues and received them in timely manner. Somehow a couple of them were incorrect. I contacted Billiards com through their email address and told about same. In no time at all they got back to me and apologize for the error, sent me the correct ones as ordered. No fuss, no back talk, no additional charges. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT! As a side note to all you guys, ordering and receiving what you order is very important. A short time before I ordered from "CueComponents.com" ,question results of what I received by email.......They told me Fu....Off and used the same wording else where in their reply.Where as I took the time to write them a letter to their home address and send them a copy of the email and have yet not received a reply......Richard
