Delivery was sooner then expected. Product packaging well protected and shaft had no defects and was in good condition.

I was very hesitant to buy a cue on line from a company I couldn't walk into. I like to buy by touch and feel. The first cue I bought was for my daughter, she wanted a purple cue. Found a Valhalla cue for $53 ,I didn't know how the quality was going to be. I ordered it and when it came in, boy I was amazed. It was weighted nice, and the shaft was smooth with no knicks. I was very pleased. Then I bought my wife one and my son one. Even though they may not be very expensive, the quality is amazing. Now I am looking to buy myself a new cue. Have told my family and friends about Billiards.com. Thanks for selling great products for awesome prices!
