Billiards.comReviews of billiards.com

The web site doesn’t describe the stick enough . I have bought 2 and I didn’t want a brass on brass connection. It doesn’t explain that in the description. So one the sticks I have is inferior. Wish I never bought it

I ordered a Schon pool cue with an explicit request to have a 12.75mm shaft. I was very clear that I did not need another cue with 13mm shaft and that I only wanted this cue if it came with a 12.75mm shaft. He said he’d ask the dealer if he could accommodate that. The dealer said yes apparently and billiards.com called me to tell they could get what I want. He said the invoice would say 13mm, which made me nervous, but that I shouldn’t pay attention to it. It’ll be 12.75. Nope. What was sent was 13mm. I called and asked how to return it and they said regular mail. I asked if there was an authorization return code or anything. No. They said it came from Cuestix in Colorado but just send back to Billiards.com., which I did. A month later they said they never received it and would not credit my account. They said they received the “free” case that came with the cue, which I returned at the same time, but not the cue. So I paid $27 for postage to return an item I didn’t want and it cost me another $1,000 because they didn’t get my order right.
