I love the bike tow leash, I got the trike package, but it didn’t fit on the trike attachment and I had to go get longer bolts so that it would fit, other than that it works great for both my dogs

Hi Sally, Thanks for your short bolt feedback. We now supply longer bolts on our Adult Trike Adapter kits.

Good product. Allows dog to get good exercise. Attaches low on bike for a stable and safe ride.

We love our new Bike Tow Leash! Our lab gets a great workout and gets excited every time he sees the helmet and bike come out! You should consider getting a booth at Gulfport's Get Rescued event (near St. Pete, FL). Thousands of dog owners/lovers descend on Gulfport. You'd make a bundle with a demo bike set up. It's always near the end of February.

Hi Sandra, Glad to hear the Bike Tow Leash causes such a positive stir with your Lab! We donate to rescues so I will check out Gulfport"s Get Rescued event. Thanks!

Product is excellent. I've got a high pray drive Belgian Malinois who loves to chase cats, squirrels, rabbits, what ever happens along her path. It is no problem controlling the bike with her attached. I would however highly recommend foot protection for you dog while using this product. I tore the pads on her rear feet the first time out. I tried several different dog boots and found the Pawz Waterproof Dog Boots worked best for us.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they didn't recommend foot protection & the shipping is ridiculously high.

Hi Rod, Glad it is working great controlling your Malinois with high prey drive! We do warn to check paw pads often and allow time with shorter rides to toughen paw pads. Prey drive lunging away from the bike can tear pads especially at high speeds. Definitely keep the speed below 15 mph around game and boots are necessary to allow pads to heal. Shipping can be high when pieces are bought separately and expedited. We now have free standard shipping on orders over $150 and some less costly shipping options as well.

So much fun and feels very safe. My dog adjusted to it easily. It’s easy to take on and off for off leash riding and I even use it in the city on bike lanes. Highly recommend! Great way to tire out your dog! .Only issue is price but I don’t regret spending the money.

Love the BTL. The recommended Alpine Outfitters harness not so much. Expensive and sized oddly.

We don't typically recommend harnesses except for ones that attach from the front. We're not sure where this recommendation came from. We usually recommend the martingale type collar, like the Biking and Walking one on our website.
