Bike Tow LeashReviews of biketowleash.com

As a dog walker some dogs need more than just a walk. This helped me take those dogs who needed to run and let them run, great control once they got the hang of it and I feel very safe. All three of my personal dogs have run with the bike tow leash as well. Size of dog does not matter, I have biked with a 10 lb puppy up to 130lb Bernese Mt dog. LOVE IT!

I love the bike tow leash. I attach it to a mountain bike. I think you need a sturdy bike for this activity. It is the perfect exercise for my German Short Haired Pointer. It keeps her close to me, while she runs as hard as she wants. GSPs love to run. I usually need to peddle harder to keep up with her. The leash is flexible enough for her to move comfortably away from the bike. Yet sturdy enough for her strength. Be aware of your dog stopping abruptly to do her business. We have used this leash for several years and it is still in good shape. My dog gets excited when we pull out the bikes with the bike tow leash.

great product safe to run your dog. We have a 75# pedigree boxer who likes to go.

I have owned this for a long time and I have had two dogs that have done extremely well with this leash. They are strong dogs that were at times difficult for me to walk but the bike allows them to move comfortably next to the bike at a pace that is good for them. My neighbors are always stopping to see how this works. This was a great investment

This is hands down the best bike dog walking/running product ever. -Easy to install & remove -Safe for both dog and owner -Very stable due to the low center of gravity pull -Easy to train dogs for use. They basically train themselves. -Can be used on any bike. Carbon frame friendly too. We've been using the Bike Tow Leash, twice a day, for many years. Still performs like the day we bought it. My bike of choice is a Salsa Beargrease X01. Ride it year around. Winter, spring, summer, and fall. The Bike Tow Leash can do it all. You will not find a better designed, higher quality, and more user friendly dog walking/running product than the Bike Tow Leash. Bonus material is that it's made in the U.S.A., price point is excellent, and customer service is second to none.

I've had a Bike Toe Leash for several years now . I ride a recumbent trike. The attachment was interesting as the dog runs to the right of the rear wheel but behind the right front wheel. When I purchased it I had a 9 year old lab. For Murphy, it was not love at first hook up but after 2 or 3 minutes he loved trotting along side the trike. Murphy died 2 years after I got the tow leash and I now have a 10 month old lab who loves running alongside when I ride, nice and safe.

I love my Bike Tow Leash and my dog loves his runs. I think it's a lot safer than other designs I've seen that attach higher on the bike, as it's less likely for my dog to pull me over if he pulls sideways with the low attachment point.

Excellent product. I like that it attaches low on the bike and is flexible so that my dog has some leeway to move a bit without affecting the bike itself. Very nice design. Would highly recommend.
