Freddie was awesome

Alvin Seville was just great! He answered all my questions promptly and assisted me in knowing what I need and even the things I don't need being an unnecessary expense. I truly appreciate it!

I can't over-express how much Mr. Earl has helped me with my questions and issues. He's gone above and beyond and I will be using bikeberry for all of my bicycle/engine needs from now on and recommending it to all. 11 out of 10! :-)

Freddie was very helpful during our support chat. A+ service, very professional.

I had a small issue with my order and opened up the 'Live Chat' window and was patched through with a gentleman named, Alvin. He was courteous, knowledgably, and very professional. He made solving my Issue very quick, simple, and painless; just the way I like it. Nobody's always going to be perfect. we're only human, but the customer service at 'BikeBerry' is top notch. especially with people like Alvin on the payroll.

I used chat to help with my issue and Alvin, was most helpful and knew what I was going to ask before I ask, I am guessing that their chat is linked to the phone messages that we left. This was a great user experience! Keep up the good work Alvin!!!

I had a question regarding a rear axle kickstand and JEN was excellent, very thorough in her assistance and answers. Thank you JEN!!!

FREDDIE was very helpful. He cancelled my order for me because the bike I wanted was not available in the color I wanted even if the site said it was available.
