Scott in customer service was quick and well informed when responding to my questions. This is a surprising exception in the world of customer service.

The customer service has been exceptional in resolving back ordered product. they have followed up on every request I have made and resolved the issues that have arisen.

Now\n You guys got the best part. I tried going to gas bike, and I could never get a hose of those people. At least you people answer your phone and the problems you send, they seem to be in good quality and they lasts a long time.

I contacted them late on a Saturday night and they got back to me within a half hour.
