Biivip Airport Transfer ServiceReviews of biivip.com

Let’s start with the good: picked up on time, vehicle was nice. The bad: I had booked a private vehicle. Another one of their vehicles had a breakdown and as a result my booking became a shared journey. I had no issues with this, but expected at least a discount or partial refund. The company refused. I’ll try and get money back from my card issuer; but this scammy company seems to mostly only accept debit cards or will try and deny card payments to get cash

lack of communication not advised

My name is Meral, and I want to share my experience with this company as an employee. Unfortunately, they have not paid my salary, nor have they covered my meals or travel expenses. I have been made to work tirelessly every single night, like a slave, often non-stop from 8:45 PM until 8:00 AM the next day. Despite these hardships, I am the same person who responds to hundreds of messages on the company's WhatsApp late into the night, always maintaining a positive attitude and offering assistance to all passengers without discrimination — even when I am overwhelmed or in tears while working. To the customers who send countless messages during these late hours, I want you to know that this company treats its employees with the urmost disrespect, they lied to me, they never ever paid my salary, they never gave me food money, no money for transportation fees. This company is actively manipulating its online reputation by writing fraudulent reviews on Google, giving itself a false 5-star rating to deceive potential clients and employees. These reviews are mostly fabricated, designed to create an illusion of excellence where there is none. Beyond the deceptive online practices, the company's treatment of its employees is deeply troubling. Workers are subjected to exploitative conditions, with many reporting that they are not paid their salaries on time or sometimes not at all. The working environment is harsh and grueling, with employees forced to work excessively long hours under extreme pressure, often without adequate breaks or proper support. Despite promises of benefits, the company has failed to provide basic necessities such as food allowances or transportation fees, further demonstrating their disregard for employee welfare.

Worst company ever! Avoid booking!! Seat in the car are not safe + petrol smell + 0 A/C feeling like a sauna inside the car! It’s a pure SCAM!

I had booked a private transfer in advance to avoid any kind of stressful situation with public taxis at the airport. Unfortunately it was even worst. I reached the meeting point at Istanbul Airport at 11:06 AM. I was with my wife and 3 young kids, including a 6 months old baby. At 11:07 I sent a WhatsApp message to the local representative, and two minutes later the person arrived. The person was rude, impolite and almost aggressive toward me. He was eating and smoking whilst I was speaking with him, he said that I had to wait. When I mentioned about my kids, he replied that I had to wait. I was in a foreign country, he looked very aggressive and there was very little I could do. We had to wait for over 25 minutes to go to the parking where the car had just arrived. We left the airport at 11:37, after more than 30 minutes waiting. The service received was far below expectations and clearly not acceptable. All my statements are fully documented. If you are flying to Istanbul I strongly advise to avoid using this company. Not recommend at all.
