Let’s start with the good: picked up on time, vehicle was nice. The bad: I had booked a private vehicle. Another one of their vehicles had a breakdown and as a result my booking became a shared journey. I had no issues with this, but expected at least a discount or partial refund. The company refused. I’ll try and get money back from my card issuer; but this scammy company seems to mostly only accept debit cards or will try and deny card payments to get cash

My name is Meral, and I want to share my experience with this company as an employee. Unfortunately, they have not paid my salary, nor have they covered my meals or travel expenses. I have been made to work tirelessly every single night, like a slave, often non-stop from 8:45 PM until 8:00 AM the next day. Despite these hardships, I am the same person who responds to hundreds of messages on the company's WhatsApp late into the night, always maintaining a positive attitude and offering assistance to all passengers without discrimination — even when I am overwhelmed or in tears while working. To the customers who send countless messages during these late hours, I want you to know that this company treats its employees with the urmost disrespect, they lied to me, they never ever paid my salary, they never gave me food money, no money for transportation fees. This company is actively manipulating its online reputation by writing fraudulent reviews on Google, giving itself a false 5-star rating to deceive potential clients and employees. These reviews are mostly fabricated, designed to create an illusion of excellence where there is none. Beyond the deceptive online practices, the company's treatment of its employees is deeply troubling. Workers are subjected to exploitative conditions, with many reporting that they are not paid their salaries on time or sometimes not at all. The working environment is harsh and grueling, with employees forced to work excessively long hours under extreme pressure, often without adequate breaks or proper support. Despite promises of benefits, the company has failed to provide basic necessities such as food allowances or transportation fees, further demonstrating their disregard for employee welfare. Bana yalan söylediler, maaşımı asla ödemediler, bana asla yemek parası vermediler, ulaşım ücretleri için para vermediler. Bu şirket, benden Google'da sahte müşteriymişim gibi yorum yazmami kendisine 5* vermemi bile istedi, ben reddettim. Bu şekilde sahte yorumlarla, çevrimiçi itibarını yükseltmw peşindedir. Çevrimiçi uygulamaların ötesinde, şirketin çalışanlarına yönelik muamelesi son derece rahatsız edicidir. Çalışanlar sömürücü koşullara maruz bırakılmakta ve birçoğu maaşlarının zamanında ödenmediğini, hatta bazen hiç ödenmediğini bildirmektedir. Çalışma ortamı sert ve yorucudur; çalışanlar aşırı baskı altında, çoğu zaman yeterli mola veya uygun destek olmadan aşırı uzun saatler çalışmaya zorlanmaktadır. Yan haklar vaat edilmesine rağmen, şirket yemek yardımı veya ulaşım ücreti gibi temel ihtiyaçları karşılamamış ve bu da çalışan refahına ne kadar saygısız olduklarını bir kez daha ortaya koymaktadır.

Empresa genial. La usamos des del aeropuerto al hotel y al revés para la vuelta y todo bien, incluso cambiando la hora del taxi programado y todo. Son puntuales y los taxis son muy grandes y perfectos con luces y bonitos. Además la atención por WhatsApp es rápida y te solucionan los problemas. Así que 10/10!

Transfer request order placed from their webseite approx. 2hrs in advance and email confirmation received immediately (from city to saw aurport). Their driver arrived in time and everything was fine. Good and clean car. Thanks a lot to Biivip Service !

Worst company ever! Avoid booking!! Seat in the car are not safe + petrol smell + 0 A/C feeling like a sauna inside the car! It’s a pure SCAM!

Can't recommend highly enough. I was travelling solo and never been to Istanbul before. Communication is easy and replies quick and helpful. Most of my communications were on WhatsApp. I used this company three times, airport to hotel, hotel to cruise ship and cruise ship to airport. I was not in the locations I booked due to sketchy information from my travel agents and other confusion on my part, but they waited and found me on all pickups. A UK company would have abandoned me I'm sure. They are polite and efficient. Transport was comfortable and safe and prices very competitive. If u are traveling solo and nervous as I was you are in safe hands
