My uncle was interested in selling his house but thought it was going to be to much work. This was the fastest and easiest transaction on selling my uncle's home. From the time the offer came in and closing there was 3 weeks. The delay was due to my uncle having surgery in another state and needed a week to recover before traveling. Juan was very easy to work with and actually took time to just ask how my uncle's recovery was going. I actually felt it wasn't just a "sell" in his eyes and truly cared. Juan was available for any questions and was able to get back with us in a timely manner even during his weekend hours of traveling. We were able to handle most of everything remotely which came in handy with being we were states away from my uncle's home in Texas. The team went out of their way to help in all aspects of the home selling process. You can call anytime with questions. The team was able to help me out of a difficult home situation. Maemar told me not to worry they will take care of me and they did. I was able to sell my home and have money waiting for me at closing.

I was trying to find their number from when they had been at my before and out of the blue they called as I was looking for the number . the next day we had a contract in hand and we closed in about 3 weeks time. Our sales person did a great job and I would recommend him and the company.
