What a great service to our troops! I have gone through so many cell phones & iPads the last 2 years & for some reason didn’t want to throw them out or resell them. And now I know it was because of Big Sky. The label & postage was pre paid because I had more than 5 items. I taped it to the box & popped it in the mail. I was thrilled with the professionalism & ease of this process & happy to know these devices are going to good use!!

Printed easily a prepaid address label and took it to USPS, dropped off and no problem. I hope that the phones can be recycled or at least dismantled and the components recycled. Thank you for an outlet to keep these for landing in a landfill
