Fast and friendly!

painless, only worry was that they arrived undamaged !

This means of recycling phones couldn’t be easier.

This was a great an easy process, thanks to BSR.

Easy and friendly. Wish they took laptops.

I was so happy to find a place to donate our old phones that would go to a great cause. The process is extremely easy!

Thank you for making recycling of our old cell phones so easy and for a good cause. We had a drawer full of phones we no longer use, no charger cords for them, and the chore of checking them for old data was overwhelming. I really appreciate that you assure that they're clear of old data if there is any, and that you provide prepaid postage. It really couldn't be any easier. I'll use you again in the future. Thank you for providing this valuable service!

Nice service. Great to reuse phones and not have them end up in dumpsters.
