The instructions for wiping the data from my devices, how to pack/protect the devices in transport, and printing a shipping label, etc. were very clear. Overall, a good experience! However, you might have more resources about wiping various brands of e-readers. I had to figure that one out on my own.

I'm thrilled to find a responsible company to recycle our old phones. Hopefully some can be used by those in need too. The return process was made very simple and straightforward. Thanks

Big Sky's work is very impressive, which is why I easily bundled up five old cellphones and shipped them out. The company not only helps the planet through its recycling, but also aids battered women and others in need. Nice work gang.

What an easy and satisfying way to gracefully reuse and responsibly recycle our old phones! Very glad I found Big Sky Recycling. Their pre-paid shipping labels and thorough process for deleting personal information gave me confidence to safely, simply, and painlessly git-er-done.
