The process was clear and easy, and it feels really good to know that our old cell phones are being put to good use and benefiting others.

Finally! The easy experience I was looking for. THANK YOU!

I just printed the mailing label and sent over 10 old phones. I didn't know how to dispose of them safely. And I included an ipad.

You did EXACTLY what you described as your service. The label for the package was sent, download, and applied to the package - and that's GOOD! NOTE: I never received any CONFIRMATION that you had received the package I had mailed. NOTE - that should be #1 on your "TO DO LIST!"

easy to use. hopefully the phones will help someone out even though they are older phones. i appreciate you giving a place where people can send old phones, so we do not have to dump them in the trash which we all know is not a good thing
